DO I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS?

Yes! A payment plan is required after initial non-refundable deposit. 

 

WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?

Depending on when you make your initial deposit, the payment schedule is divided in equal payments through the final due date. below. If your deposit is received 1 day prior to the next due date, you are required to make the next payment. 

Failure to make a payment on time, may result in the reservation being suspended and/or cancelled. If your reservation is cancelled and you later decide to go, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. 

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

A payment link is provided to you in your invoice. Add info@pricefamilytravel.com to your email address list to ensure you receive communications. Each month you will authorize your monthly payments  We will send a payment due soon reminder 7 days before the due date. 

I MADE A PAYMENT ONLINE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?

It may take up to 2-3 business days to process your payment. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Missed payments will lose their guaranteed pricing and run the risk of reservation being cancelled. Reservations cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund and are non-transferable. If your reservation is cancelled and you later decide to go, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. To re-book, all late payments must be brought current. In the event the trip is sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed and your payments will remain non-refundable. 

 

 

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

All final payments are due on or before the due date indicated on your invoice,  please refer to your invoice for details or email info@pricefamilytravel.com.

 

 

WHAT IF I AM LATE MAKING MY FINAL PAYMENT?

All final payments are due on the date indicted on your invoice.. If final payment is not received we will cancel your booking. Please refer to your invoice for details or email info@pricefamilytravel.com.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?

All deposits are non-refundable.  See cancellation Policy on your invoice. if you re past the cancellation penalty date,  please refer to the terms & conditions of your travel insurance policy (if applicable). 

If your reservation is cancelled and you later decide to go, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. In the event the cruise is sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO REPLACE SOMEONE?

You may replace a guest if the terms and conditions for a trip indicates "Transferable". Once the room has been assigned, a cancellation fee for the original traveler will apply. The cancellation fee is equal to the full deposit required by the vendor to book the room. If the new traveler is replacing someone who has missed payments, the new traveler will be required to make those payments at the time he/she is added. If the missed payments have caused the cabin rate to be forfeited, current rates and availability will apply at the time the payments are caught up. In the event that the trip is sold out of space prior to the payments being received by the new traveler, the initial deposit and all other payments will be forfeited.


Please note, complete names changes of everyone on the reservation are not allowed. At least 1 original traveler must remain on the reservation at all times, otherwise this is considered a cancellation, not a name change.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the  unexpected. For your convenience, you may purchase trip insurance through your package plan. By requesting a quote from info@pricefamilytravel.com
 

 

DO I NEED A PASSPORT FOR THIS TRIP?

All international air travel requires a passport and some cruise. When travelling internationally many countries require an expiration date six months after the return date. Click here to Apply for or Renew a Passport

DO I NEED A VISA ? 

 A tourist visa will be required, which Carnival will facilitate for a $75 per person fee that will be charged to your onboard Sail & Sign account. You will receive your visa at embarkation.
