Visa
Starting January 10, 2024 the braziian government will resume entry visa requirments for United State Citizens. The eVisa is an online process.
PASSPORT
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. In order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than May 14, 2025
COVID
A COVID test is not required for US citizens arriving in Brazil when fully vaccinated. Non-vaccinated arrivals must present a COVID test, RT-PCR, or an antigen test, no older than 1 day before arriving in Brazil.
For a comprehensive health prep, we advise setting up a visit with your healthcare provider 4-6 weeks prior to departure. This will help you understand and get any additional vaccines or medicines tailored to your travel

Refund Policy
All payments to Adventure in Black are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Adventure in Black has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
Trip Insurance
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic, Caribbean, and international tours.
