Entry Requirement

As of April 10, 2025, U.S. citizens must obtain a visa to enter Brazil, with options for an eVisa for tourism, business, or cultural activities.

Visa Requirements

1. Visa Requirement: All U.S. citizens traveling to Brazil are required to obtain a visa, specifically the Brazil Visitor Visa (VIVIS), for tourism, business meetings, or short trips. This requirement reinstates the previous visa waiver that was in effect until 2019.

   
   

2. eVisa Application: At least 45 days before travel, all travelers can apply for an electronic visa (eVisa) through Brazil’s official visa portal. The application process is fully online and typically takes about five business days. The eVisa is valid for up to 10 years and allows multiple entries, with each stay limited to 90 days per year

   
   

3. Application Requirements: To apply for the eVisa, applicants must provide:

   • A valid U.S. passport with a minimum of two blank page and at least six months validity beyond the departure date of Novemebr 22, 2026

   • A recent passport-style photo. Must be a cear face.

   • Proof of return or onward travel.

   • Proof of financial means (e.g., bank statements or pay stubs showing a minimum balance of $2,000).

   • A letter of intent detailing the purpose of the trip.

     
     

4. Payment of the visa fee, approximately $80.90.

Vaccinations

Currently there no required vacinations to enter Brazil. Please consult your medical physician for your indivudal health needs,

Refund Policy 

All payments to Price Family Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Price Family Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

You may choose to pay in full, make three payments or may monthly payments, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put payment plans on your personal calendar. A $15.00 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.
