Our group rates and prepaid arrangements allow us to offer affordable pricing; therefore, all trips are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot with approval. Travel insurance is highly recommended —please review your insurance policy for covered cancellation reasons.

Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is disappointing, but losing the money spent on it is even more frustrating. Travel insurance is essential for all trips. Why is it so important? By securing travel insurance, you protect yourself from risks like lost or stolen luggage, cancellation coverage in case you can’t travel due to unforeseen medical issues, and, most importantly, unexpected medical expenses while abroad. Passport Information
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before April 14, 2028.
The group flight will leave the New York ,(United States) on October 14, 2027 and arrive in Cairo on October 15, 2027. Group flight cost will be added to your invoice after routes are released late November 2026.
Check-in at the hotel on October 15, 2027. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
Automatic Billing
Every client is automatically enrolled in our billing system, so you can have peace of mind knowing your future payments will be taken care of automatically. When you book, we create a payment plan that’s evenly divided, and you’ll know in advance the exact date each month when your payment will be processed. The initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and future payments will follow the schedule shown on your invoice.
