TERMS AND POLICIES

PASSPORT BOOK: Due to this itineraries having ports of call in the French Caribbean Island of Martinique and Guadeloupe, ALL Sailors must have a Passport Book with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date to Sail.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulates9s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passport are required.

AIRPORT CODE: San Juan, Puerto Rico is SJU. It is highly recommended to fly in a day early.

RESERVATIONS: Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport. Apply for or renew for your passport go to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

PACKAGE COST: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

• After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.

• Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.

• 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

OCCUPANCY:

• Single occupancy = one person and available upon request at INFO@PRICEFAMILYTRAVEL.COM

• Double occupancy = two persons to a room.

  • Each person in a room will have their own bed. *Except for the Seriously Suite, this suite comes with a king bed only.

  • Couples will one bed.
