TERMS AND POLICIES

RESERVATIONS: Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport. Apply for or renew for your passport go to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Virgin Voyages travel document requirements for your closed-loop Los Angeles to Mexico sailing are detailed below:

1. Passport (Recommended): Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return. This is the safest option because if you need to fly back to the US from Mexico during an emergency, a passport is required for air travel.

OR

1. Birth Certificate Alternative (Closed-Loop Rule): Because your cruise starts and ends in the same US port (Los Angeles), AND

2. An Original, State-Issued Certified Birth Certificate (no photocopies or hospital footprints).

PLUS a Government-Issued Photo ID (like an unexpired driver's license) for anyone 16 and older.

Name Change Note: If your current legal name doesn't match the name on your birth certificate (e.g., due to marriage or divorce), you must also bring official legal proof of the change, such as a marriage license or court order.

AIRPORT CODE: Los Angeles (LAX) and Long Beach (LGB).

• It is highly recommended to travel in the day before.

PACKAGE COST: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you’re booking more than 121 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. *Please note, if you purchased a discount voucher that potion of the deposit will convert to a future Voyage Credit ( not refundable in cash)

• After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.

• Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.

• 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

• The Cruise Terminal address is World Cruise Center (Berth 93) at the Port of Los Angles in San Pedro California. 100 Swinford St, San Pedro, Ca 90731.

  • Roughly 20 miles from LAX and 15 minute from Long Beach (LGB)

• When making you reservation you can pay in full, Make a deposit, or pay through Flex Pay ( If eligible).

• The Package cost is for the CRUIE ONLY. Your are responsible for your travel to Los Angeles and to the Port.
